Today, acupuncturists undertake three to four years of extensive and comprehensive graduate training at nationally certified schools. All acupuncturists must pass a national exam and meet strict guidelines to practice in every state.
Christin Hawbaker, L.Ac., CMT, is a Licensed Acupuncturist and a Certified Massage Therapist.She holds a Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine which includes Acupunctue and Chinese Herbology. She is also certified in Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy.
Christin graduated from Five Branches Institute in Santa Cruz, California. She attended a Masters Degree Program that had training in: Soft Tissue Injuries, Internal Medicine, Acute & Chronic Pain, Women’s Health, Infertility, Pediatrics and General Stress Disorders.
Christin is Board Certified with the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and licensed by the State of Colorado.
